• The same person cannot claim the same bonus more than once

• Withdrawing before the bonus turnover requirement is met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Only bets meeting the minimum odds requirement (typically 1.50 or higher) will count toward turnover conditions.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Only bKash, Nagad, or other approved payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Funds sent from another person's number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
• Most Playe reserves the right to review any deposit and may return funds if a transaction appears suspicious

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 BDT
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Processing is typically completed within 5–15 minutes; if verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) may be held pending until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawals may be suspended if there is activity under investigation on the account

The following rules apply when placing bets on Most Playe. Non-compliance may result in bet cancellation or forfeiture of winnings.

Sports Betting:

• Bets cannot be changed once confirmed
• In-play betting may close at any point depending on match conditions
• Most Playe reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, Most Playe will refund the stake or settle the bet in accordance with its established policy
• The maximum number of accumulator selections on the same event may be limited

Casino & Live Games:

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealers
• Bets on incomplete rounds caused by technical issues will be resolved after investigation

Most Playe has a dedicated team responsible for setting odds. However, published odds are subject to change at any time. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Most Playe. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or AI tools
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or errors for unfair advantage
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the Most Playe platform
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting service
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Abusive behavior toward Most Playe staff

Either party may close an account on Most Playe. Both scenarios are outlined below in accordance with our policies:

If a user wishes to close their own account:

• Contact the support team and submit a request to close your account
• Please withdraw your balance before closing your account (bonus balance may not be refundable)
• Upon a self-exclusion request, Most Playe may close the account for a period of 6 months or permanently

Account Closure by Most Playe:

• Immediate closure is possible in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited
• Most Playe may deactivate an account due to extended inactivity (12+ months), but the account balance will be preserved
• Most Playe is required to close any account if directed to do so by a legal authority

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Contact Most Playe's customer support first and report the issue
2. Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Complex cases will be fully investigated and resolved within 7 business days
4. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to an independent dispute resolution commission

Any balance tied to a dispute will be held until Most Playe reaches a final decision. If the decision is in the user's favor, the full balance will be returned.
